1. Use of Proof Images

• Proofs are previews intended for selection purposes only.

• Watermarks may be present and are not to be removed or altered.

• Proofs may not be downloaded, screenshotted, shared, or used in any form unless a purchase is made.

2. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All images are the intellectual property of Fox River Photography and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

• Purchasing a digital or printed image grants you a personal use license only. Digital files may be printed for personal use.

• Commercial use, resale, or further editing of images is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Digital File Delivery

• Digital images will be delivered via pixieset within 1 day after final selections and payments are made.

• Download links are active for 7 days. Please back up your images, as re-delivery may incur a fee.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.

• No refunds are offered on digital files or print purchases once processed.

  5. Privacy

  • Your images may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes by Fox River Photography unless you opt out in writing.

  • Client privacy is respected, and personal information will never be sold or shared.
